Local realtor Frank Drank filed to run against Representative Keith Ellison. Drake has lived in Minneapolis his whole life, and says that while he is fiscally conservative, he is “open to all perspectives on social issues.”
Drake says he has a vision for Minneapolis that utilizes private investment rather than government aid, going on to say he is also passionate about privacy issues and lower taxation.
Incumbent Representative Keith Ellison has lived in Minnesota since earning his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1990, and has represented the 5th congressional district since 2007.
