Second Round of March 4 Trump Rioters Face Ramsey County Judge

ST. PAUL, Minn. — Wednesday marked the second round of March 4 Trump arrestees making appearances, this time before Ramsey County District Court Judge DeAnne M. Hilgers.

As Alpha News reported, on March 4, 2017, supporters of President Donald Trump were attacked by members of Antifa inside the Minnesota State Capitol. Several altercations broke out as Antifa attacked Trump supporters – several receiving injuries from being tasered, physical altercations, and maced.

Appearing before District Court Judge Hilgers, the attorney representing Glenn Frederick Kimball, 23, Alexander Isaac Kimball, 26, and Jonathan Marc Adams, 27, asked for a continuance as he had just received the case. Hilgers granted the request and pre-trial begins for the three on October 11, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.

Alexander Kimball, was initially arrested and charged as Isabell Kimball. However, Kimball completed a transition from female to male. The attorney representing Kimball asked for court records and future references, including use of pronouns, to be changed to reflect his identified gender.

David Palm, an attorney with the St. Paul City Attorney’s office trying the cases on behalf of the state announced in court that Alexander Kimball was facing an additional charge of the “sale, possession, and use of fireworks prohibited” which is classified as a misdemeanor.  

Starr Antoinette Vann-Jackson, also known as Austin Jackson appeared in court Wednesday afternoon, where his lawyer also requested a continuance in the case. Hilgers granted the request and pre-trial will be held at the same time and date as the others.

As Alpha News reported, Francis Thomas Sagermerek, 29, cut a deal with Ramsey County prosecutors in August. Sagermerek will be sentenced on October 5.

Meanwhile, the remaining two suspects, Linwood “Woody” Kaine, 25, son of former democratic vice-presidential candidate and current Virginia Senator Tim Kaine, and Haley Marina Ryan, 24, have scheduled pre-trial hearings for September 26, 2017.
