Former President Donald Trump headlined the Minnesota Republican Party’s annual Lincoln-Reagan dinner Friday where he said he wants President Joe Biden to submit to drug tests before debates.
“I don’t want him coming in like the State of the Union. He was high as a kite,” Trump said.
