All Democratic Presidential Candidates Embrace Socialism During Climate Townhall

Biden went on to say that “we’ve got to shut down all the [coal fueled power plants] we have,” which provided over a quarter of all electricity in the United States last year.

During CNN’s Presidential town hall, the 2020 candidates unanimously leaned further into Socialist policies.

76-year-old Political veteran Joe Biden stated the Green New Deal “doesn’t go far enough” with a $93 trillion budget to counteract the rest of the world’s emissions. Biden went on to say that “we’ve got to shut down all the [coal fueled power plants] we have,” which provided over a quarter of all electricity in the United States last year. He also promised to eliminate all fossil fuels, a move that would eliminate over 10 million jobs in the U.S., especially in America’s heartland.

A smiling Beto O’Rourke emphatically stated that parts of the Western hemisphere would be uninhabitable by 2100. Both he and Pete Buttigieg warned that climate change would have a higher death toll than the 85 million people lost in World War II.

Californian Senator Kamala Harris wants to permanently ban plastic straws and extend governmental control to the dinner table by eliminating the beef and dairy industries. She and almost all candidates support a carbon tax, one of the most devastating polices Democrats have proposed.

And finally, notable Democratic Socialist Bernie Sanders – who has 3 houses and makes millions of dollars – suggested that more abortions should be used to curb the growth of populations in order to combat climate change.

Furthermore, Sanders refused to guarantee that his Green New Deal proposal, coming in at a whopping $16 trillion, would not burden taxpayers and admitted that it would “end up on some taxpayers’ shoulders.”

the Democratic Presidential hopefuls are backing policies that invade almost every aspect of daily life and shift even more power into an enormous government. With these policies comes millions of jobs eliminated (with over 123,000 being in our home state), higher bills, growing taxes, and a sharper presence of a federal bureaucracy breathing down your neck.
