Fr. James Altman returns for another installment of Alpha Faith, doubling down on his claim that “you cannot be Catholic and a Democrat.”
Altman responds to the criticism he has faced from left-wing Catholics and argues that authentic charity “makes us love the beautiful and hate the morally ugly.”
Altman’s Aug. 30 sermon produced for Alpha News now has more than 800,000 views.
“The video was not divisive. The division already is real,” says Altman, thanking the “left-wing bullies” for bringing themselves “into the light of day.”
Catholics from across the Midwest gathered for a peaceful prayer rally last weekend in support of Altman, whose bishop has threatened to silence him.
