Minnesota Congressman and Democratic presidential candidate Dean Phillips called the Democratic Party “completely delusional right now” during a CNN interview Tuesday morning ahead of the New Hampshire primary.
Phillips, who is challenging incumbent President Joe Biden for the Democratic nomination, said he would “of course” prefer to have Biden in the White House over former President Donald Trump.
