The chairman of the Minnesota DFL Party received prayer candles of liberal icons for Christmas, he said on Facebook.
One of the candles depicts Dr. Anthony Fauci with the Sacred Heart of Jesus on his chest, while the other contains a picture of former Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
“My wife got me these two votive prayer candles for Christmas. What do you think? I absolutely love them,” DFL Chairman Ken Martin wrote in a Facebook post.
Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, a Democrat, was criticized on social media earlier this month after she tweeted a photo of a Stacey Abrams prayer candle. Abrams ran for governor of Georgia in 2018 and her “Fair Fight” organization was widely credited with helping Democrats pick up two U.S. Senate seats in Georgia’s runoff elections.

In the religion of wokeism, it is idolatry to worship Jesus instead of Stacey Abrams https://t.co/FYgy2lMGWL
