‘Don’t bring your children here,’ protester at Cities Church says when confronted

"By their own admissions, as captured on video, these agitators are deliberately targeting families and children. It is a coordinated effort to desecrate our Sunday mornings," said lead pastor Jonathan Parnell.

Protesters continue to plague Cities Church every Sunday morning and when one was asked why they were there with dildos, she replied, “Don’t bring your children here.”

“Why the dildos?” the church member asked in a video recorded Sunday. “Why the pedophiles?” the woman, dressed in rainbow garb with a Boy Scouts-style sash covered in LGBT pins, shouted back. “Because pedophilia involves penises. Maybe you don’t understand pedophilia.”

The church member continued, asking again why the woman comes to protest at the church with dildos. “Because I think you should not bring your children here. How disgusting,” the woman replied.

The church member responded, saying what he thinks is disgusting is bringing dildos to a church where there are children present. “You’re right,” the woman said. “So they shouldn’t come here. Don’t bring your children here.”

“There might be dildos, and we wouldn’t want them to know what dildos are,” she said. “We gotta keep it a secret until they get raped.”

Photos of the May 10 protest showed dildos that were stuck to one of the cars that was parked in front of the church. “There’s got to be something going on wrong in your head,” the same woman can be seen shouting at people walking into the church in another video.

Additional video posted to social media, also from May 10, shows Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz while on a run greeting protesters outside the church.

Cities Church has endured weekly protests of its Sunday services since January, when it was invaded by an anti-ICE mob. Protesters regularly bring dildos and scream profanity at families walking into church. One protester was arrested on Easter Sunday, but she was later released and charges were dismissed. Protesters are targeting the church because one of the pastors works for ICE.

Cities Church lead pastor Jonathan Parnell responded to the video from Sunday, saying, “By their own admissions, as captured on video, these agitators are deliberately targeting families and children. It is a coordinated effort to desecrate our Sunday mornings.”

He said the St. Paul City Attorney is not responding to emails from him regarding the protesters and that city officials are failing to do anything. “We are simply asking for equal protection under the law,” Parnell wrote.

St. Paul City Attorney Irene Kao did not respond to Alpha News’ request for comment.

River Valley Church lead pastor Rob Ketterling also weighed in, calling Gov. Walz a “sick man and a terrible leader.”

“Wake up MN, we’ve lost MN nice and embraced Nebraska nasty. Democrats should be ashamed that they voted for him and allow him to lead our State so poorly,” he said. “Praying for you Jonathon and standing with your entire church family.”
