Mayor Mike Murphy sat down with Alpha News Friday to respond to some of the national media attention he received after Wednesday night’s gubernatorial debate in Plymouth, Minnesota.
Murphy is one of five candidates vying for the Minnesota GOP’s endorsement to be the next governor of Minnesota. Alpha News has invited all five candidates to come in for a post-debate interview.
“All we had was one case and that was the national news media, the DFL, the Democrat Party orchestrating this massive change in our election system in 2020,” Murphy said regarding voter fraud in the 2020 election. “That was the one case of voter fraud that we had that changed everything.”
Murphy also clarified that he is “100 percent pro-life.” He said comments he made about a “woman’s right to choose” during the debate were in reference to vaccinations.
