Minnesota Girls Exposed to Transgender Twerking and Grinding in Locker Room

(Virginia, MN), Minnesota parents are suing a school district in Virginia, Minnesota after school-aged girls were repeatedly exposed to a transgender student “twerking” in the girls’ bathroom.

According to Fox News at least 11 families are represented by the Alliance Defending Freedom and are asking a federal court to put an end to Virginia Public Schools’ policy that allows students to use facilities according to the gender they identify with, rather than their biological sex at birth.  Fox News says the allegations say the transgender student (Student X) committed the following acts:

  • Student X commented on girls’ bodies while in the girls’ locker room, including asking Girl Plaintiff F about her bra size and asking her to “trade body parts” with him;
  • Student X danced to loud music with sexually explicit lyrics while twerking, grinding and lifting up his skirt to reveal his underwear;
  • Student X would dance in a sexually explicit manner “dancing like he was on a stripper pole” to songs with suggestive lyrics including “Milkshake” by Kelis.

Fox News reports the defendants in the lawsuit are Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Independent School District Number 706 (the Virginia School District) and Secretary of Education John King, Jr.

“No student should be forced to use private facilities at school, like locker rooms and restrooms, with students of the opposite sex,” the lawsuit states.

Fox News says the school in question told girls who felt uncomfortable they should consider using a secondary locker room in the basement of the elementary school.
