Schumer Threatens Justices Gorsuch And Kavanaugh

In a rare rebuke of an elected official by a Supreme Court justice, Chief Justice John Roberts responded to Schumer’s threats and condemned the Democrat Senator’s statements as “dangerous” and “inappropriate.”

At a pro-abortion rally outside the United States Supreme Court in Washington, D.C., Democrat Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer threatened Justice Brett Kavanaugh and Justice Neil Gorsuch.

“I want to tell you, Gorsuch. I want to tell you, Kavanaugh. You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price.  You won’t know what hit you,” threatened Senator Schumer in a very angry tone of voice.

Senator Schumer went on to brag about his home state of New York for being a pro-abortion state.

“I want to give a shout out to my New Yorkers. New Yorkers! We are proudly a pro-choice state,” screamed Senator Schumer.

“We will tell President Trump and Senate Republicans who have stacked the court with right-wing ideologues that you’re gonna be gone in November and you will never be able to do what you’re trying to do now ever, ever again,” proclaimed Schumer.  “You hear that over there on the far-right? You’re gone in November!”

Amelia Bonow from “Shout Your Abortion,” a radical pro-abortion group that encourages women to publicly brag about their abortions, called on attendees to keep having abortions even if the Supreme Court rules abortion to be illegal.

“I promise you, if this court rules against our freedom, we will defy that verdict,” shouted Bonow with a raspy voice.  “And we, the people of the United States of America, documented or undocumented, are having abortions, legal or not. This Court, this Court will never stop us.”

Bonow continued with her reckless calls for lawlessness and anarchy, “Cops can’t catch all of us. There aren’t enough jail cells and there aren’t enough handcuffs because we are everywhere. We are your mothers and your sisters and your sons and we’re out here screaming today so that they know we’ll never be quiet again, and that we are free as hell and that we won’t stop.”

In a written statement, Roberts replied to Schumer, This morning, Senator Schumer spoke at a rally in front of the Supreme Court while a case was being argued inside. Senator Schumer referred to two Members of the Court by name and said he wanted to tell them that ‘You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You will not know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.’”

Roberts continued, “Justices know that criticism comes with the territory, but threatening statements of this sort from the highest levels of government are not only inappropriate, they are dangerous. All Members of the Court will continue to do their job, without fear or favor, from whatever quarter.”
