Border czar Tom Homan announced an end to Operation Metro Surge, a crackdown on illegal immigration, during a Thursday press conference, stating that over 4,000 illegal immigrants had been taken into custody. In a video posted initially to Facebook on Wednesday and relayed to TikTok early Friday morning, Olivia Jensen is seen berating the ICE agents.

“Today, 2/11/26, I went to a NW area of Rochester after hearing that there was ICE activity in the area. I located the dark Gary Durango (Nebraska plates AXR754) with 3 agents inside following a woman in her car,” Jensen posted on Facebook Wednesday. “They followed her to Walmart north where I interacted with them while completely staying within my rights. They took pictures of me and the inside and outside of my car for simply exercising my rights. I will share the video of this interaction below. They very clearly were running my plates and trying to obtain information about me in an effort to intimidate me.”

“Once they left Walmart, they drove 35 minutes and 30 miles all the way to Claremont, to my old address, in another attempt to intimidate me,” Jensen continued. “They called me by name, told me they were ‘making sure you made it home safe’ and when I told them I didn’t live there they attempted to belittle me and lie about the person they were earlier attempting to detain. I’ll share that video as well. Once they left, they drove to the Dodge County courthouse to proceed to talk to a sheriff.”

During the incident in Rochester, Jensen confronted the ICE agents who were questioning a woman at a local Walmart. Later, during the confrontation in Claremont, she labeled one ICE agent “race traitor” before another agent told the woman about the illegal immigrant they were after.

“If you actually cared, you probably would care about the child who got raped and also the person who got murdered by the person that we were looking for, but see, you don’t care,” another ICE agent told Jensen during the confrontation, with Jensen replying, “No, I don’t care.”

The presence of hundreds of law enforcement personnel in Minnesota became controversial following the fatal shootings of Alex Pretti and Renee Nicole Good by DHS agents in January during confrontations between federal agents and so-called “rapid response networks” opposed to the illegal immigration crackdown.
