Feehan posted the retracted KAAL video news story about Congressman Hagedorn on both Facebook and Twitter. Feehan’s Facebook post states that “Congressman Hagedorn has proudly announced that he will vote against lowering the cost of prescription drugs” when in fact he has “championed several measures to make prescription drugs more affordable and also continue the research and development of life-enhancing and life-saving drug therapies,” Congressman Hagedorn said in a Facebook Post.
Congressman Hagedorn supported a bill to “push lower-cost generic drugs to market” that was introduced by Congressman David Cicilline (D-RI). He even co-sponsored a bill that “expands low-cost drug options and generic competition, and funds community health centers and other public health programs, including a diabetes program.”
“Since Feehan is afraid to publicly voice his radical left wing views on impeachment, open borders, gun confiscation, socialized medicine and the Green New Deal, he personally attacks me and lies about my positions on the issues in an attempt to confuse and deceive the voters.” Congressman Hagedorn told Alpha News
Congressman Hagedorn also told Alpha News that “the fact that Feehan continues to promote a retracted and corrected KAAL-TV news story demonstrates his phoniness and dishonesty.”
Feehan has yet to delete either posts or comment on the matter.
While, @JimHagedornMN continues to accept 💰from ‘Big Pharma,’ too many in #MN01 are forced to make the choice between food & housing or prescription drugs. That’s unacceptable. I won’t be beholden to ‘Big Pharma,’ b/c I won’t take a dime from them. pic.twitter.com/0UE0cSWYAP
