President Donald Trump will hold a campaign rally Friday evening in Rochester, Minnesota, his campaign announced.
The president is scheduled to speak at 5:00 p.m. at the Rochester International Airport following campaign stops in Waterford Township, Michigan, and Green Bay, Wisconsin.
The Rochester rally will mark Trump’s fourth visit to Minnesota this election cycle. Trump held a Sept. 30 rally in Duluth, another in Bemidji on Sept. 18 and a third in Mankato in August.
Vice President Mike Pence has been campaigning in the state just as often, visiting Duluth in August to accept the endorsements of six Iron Range Democrats and then Minneapolis in September for a “Cops for Trump” event with the president’s daughter.
Pence was back in Minnesota Monday for a rally in Hibbing, Minnesota. Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden has made one campaign stop in Minnesota, which came in September in Duluth.
President Trump lost Minnesota by 1.5 points to Hillary Clinton in 2016. He frequently says he thinks he could have won if he returned for one more rally.
