In Light of Senator Schumer’s Treasonous Threats, Where Does Tina Smith Stand?

Notably resentful Senator Chuck Schumer just openly threatened Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch.

 Outside the U.S. Supreme Court today, Schumer said, “I want to tell you Justice Kavanaugh and Justice Gorsuch: You have unleashed a whirlwind, and you will pay the price! You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions!”

Then again by promoting threatening language, Schumer is just following in the footsteps of his Progressive forefather, Maximilien Robespierre of the French Revolution, when he said, “Terror is only justice prompt, severe and inflexible; it is then an emanation of virtue.”

This was a rash and imprudent move for Senator Schumer, giving credence to the idea that Democrats are often resentful and even violent when their whims aren’t met. 

But the critiques of Schumer’s anger are not only from the Republicans. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called the comments “not appropriate” and thought the threat “wasn’t right.”

 Since President Trump has been elected in 2016, Democrats have gone unhinged in their Will to Power and aimed to obstruct his agenda at any cost. Is it a surprise that Schumer has “taken it a step too far?” Senator Tina Smith has characteristically been quiet in the face of such unveiled treason. As her constituency in Minnesota, we ought to know if she agree with the Senate Leader’s threats.

Republican National Committee Spokesperson, Preya Samsundar, had some key things to say about Schumer’s threat: “It’s understandable that the Left is unhinged because they know their socialist agenda can’t defeat President Trump’s record of success, but Chuck Schumer’s threats against Supreme Court Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch are abhorrent and inexcusable. Tina Smith owe it to Minnesotans to tell them whether she stand by Schumer’s threats, or if she will stand up against the deranged Democrat leader.” 

After clarifying his statements today, Schumer did not actually apologize to the men he threatened, and instead accused Republicans of “gross distortion” and “manufacturing outrage.”
