Ilhan Omas has been widely criticized for constantly using her status as a legislator to spread conspiracies and anti-semitism. Prominent Minnesota Democrats have been slow to comment about Rep. Omar creating concern if Democrat leaders in Minnesota value the far left base that supports Rep. Omar over Jewish citizens.
A nonprofit American Action Network that was created by former Minnesota US Senator Norm Coleman has launched a new campaign to urge freshman Minnesota Democrat Dean Phillips to join the efforts to remove Rep. Ilhan Omar from the powerful Foreign Affairs Committee due to her constant anti-semitic actions including accusing Jewish citizens of not being loyal to the United States.
“This is a matter of right and wrong,” said Dan Conston, AAN President. “Ilhan Omar is an anti-Semite and it is time for her colleagues take action. Omar should not be on the powerful Foreign Affairs Committee and these members need to step up and support her removal. ”
