One of the largest and most well-funded organizations MoveOn is planning two Minnesota protests on April 4th including at the office of Congressman Tom Emmer. Despite the fact that the Mueller report found no evidence or proof of collusion by President Trump with any foreign Government the left wing group is continuing to spread the conspiracy theory which they hope will lead to the impeachment of President Trump.

MoveOn was founded by leftwing groups in 1998 after Congress was considering impeaching Democrat President Bill Clinton after it was proven that he sexually assaulted a White House intern. MoveOn started by passing around a petition asking Congress to “censure President Clinton and move on”, as opposed to impeaching him.

Since then they have been organizing protests and demonstrations asking Congress to impeach Trump.

MoveOn plans to have two demonstrations today in Minnesota. Both will take plans at 5 pm with one being at the Otsego office of Congressman Tom Emmer and one being at the Minnesota State Capitol.

On their website, they outline the plan that  “Congress is the only body with the constitutional power and responsibility to hold a president politically accountable for major violations of the public trust like this. And “we, the people” are their backstop and source of legitimate power.”

MoveOn is also demanding a hearing in the House Judiciary Commity on obstruction and abuse of power. This would be the beginning of impeachment proceedings.

MoveOn is extremely influential and has already been successful in getting most prominent Democrats to explore the impeachment of President Trump including Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar.
