There was a heavy police presence lining the streets outside Kroll’s home, and many residents were standing on their front lawns, some holding American flags. Kroll, a supporter of President Donald Trump, was criticized earlier this summer after he promised to fight for the jobs of the officers involved in the death of George Floyd.
