Great American Cookies responded to Amanda Williams in a comment on the original post, thanking her for sharing her experience and assuring that the employee was no longer with the company.
However, the post has nearly gone viral, with over 9,300 shares and 7,700 “likes.” It has also created a firestorm on Great American Cookies’ Facebook page, with many people condemning the employee’s behavior and some accusing Williams and Great American Cookies of “cyber-bullying.”
